Desktop Publishing Feature - Master Pages
The introduction of Master Pages provides CeledyDraw 2 users with professional-grade page-layout capabilities. Master Pages are a quick and convenient way to set up a simple template for each page in a desktop publishing document. Any objects on a Master Page will appear in the background of all regular pages with that Master applied.
Items like chapter titles, watermarks, and page numbers can be placed on a Master Page
Master Pages are an extremely convenient way to display common backgrounds, objects, watermarks, headers, etc. on multiple pages in a document, maintaining a consistent look and feel. They also help minimize file-sizes and memory useage, as Master objects only need to be stored once in the document.
All the objects on the Master Page will appear on all regular pages with that Master applied
Each CeledyDraw 2 document can support multiple Masters. Multiple pages can be selected by Ctrl-Clicking or Shift-Clicking pages in the Pages Window. Once one or more pages are selected, different Masters can quickly be applied through a convenient dialog, or by Alt-Clicking the desired Master Page in the Page Manager Window.
Users can use the convenient Apply Master Dialog to quickly apply a Master Page to several Pages. If one or more pages are already selected in the Pages WIndow, the To Pages field is automatically filled out.
Master Pages are an extremely useful tool for laying out any longer desktop publishing documents with a consistent look and feel on each page.
