To move the Artistic Text, left-click it and hold down the left mouse-button. The cursor will change into a cross . While still holding down the left mouse-button, drag the mouse to the spot where you want to move the Artistic Text, and a blue outline will follow.
To place the Artistic Text where the blue outline is, release the left mouse-button.
