Applying Outlines Tutorial - Step Three

For a larger selection of colors you can use the Full Palette. Open the Full Palette by selecting Tools > Full Palette from the main menu across the top of the program.

The Full Palette is a comprehensive color palette that remains open until you close it by left-clicking the OK Button or the Close Button at the top right corner.
